Employee Engagement & Levels of Employee Engagement Employee engagement happens when, as per Armstrong, (2017) “ people are committed to their work and to the organization ”. “Employee Engagement is the emotional commitment an employee has to the organization and its goals” Kevin Kruse (nd). Gallup, (nd) defines engaged employees as those who are involved in, enthusiastic about and committed to their work and workplace. There could be many definitions to Employee Engagement, yet it means the same.
