HR is a crucial area for the
operations of a company. It is responsible of the company’s greatest asset
“employees”. Survival and success of a company solely depends on the employees of
an organization and HR plays an important role in doing so.
An organization/company consists
of mainly managers and employees, resulting in HR to be judged from two
perspectives when an issue rises, a manager’s and employee’s point of view. Below are a few aspects that can
be looked at from both perspectives.

managers. They provide them with the proper guidance, and necessary coaching,
identifying areas of developments to be developed with the help of suitable
resource personnel and through the experience gained through the years of
practice. Managers also need to have the competency to manage subordinates to
get the best out of the employee for the betterment of the company’s
progression, hence training is vital.

hiring
Right recruitment of employees is
important for a company. This ensures that the business would grow towards
success rather towards downfall. With the number of years an HR professional
has in the respective field, they have enough experience in the selection
process, which assists the managers with selecting the correct candidate for
the relevant opening.

"The organization is, above all, social. It is people" (Peter Drucker, nd). Similar to managers, employees too benefit when their managers are well trained, and when the right recruitments are made.

developed, managers have the ability to drive the employees to achieve the goal
rather than finding their way to reach haphazardly. When the right recruitment is
made, the senior employees along with the freshers’ can work hand in hand,
rather to have incompetent freshers and increase the workload for the existing
employees.
